Brooklyn Park, Minnesota November 24th, 2005. Toyota-Lift of Minnesota [TLM] announced today that their close business ally Abbott's Five Star Lift Truck based in Sparta Wisconsin will merge with TLM to enhance resources available to customers in Western Wisconsin, and South Eastern Minnesota.
Thomas Abbott owner of Abbott's Five Star, along with John Scheunemann General Manager of TLM, and Greg Sanders Sales Manager of TLM made the merger announcement today. John Scheunemann stated that he's excited to combine the customer service knowledge and focus of Abbott's Five Star with the strong commitment to Toyota quality brought by TLM. “Combining the employees of our two companies will strengthen our ability to provide the highest quality service available in Western Wisconsin and Southeastern Minnesota. The savings generated by joining together will result in lower operating costs and allow us to efficiently handle the increasing demands of the marketplace.”
TLM has also added an additional salesperson to manage the territory. Kevin Hruby joins TLM with seven years experience in the material handling and customer service industry.
Toyota-Lift of Minnesota has been in business since 1978, and has held the Toyota Forklift dealership for Western Wisconsin and Minnesota since 1990. TLM is the fastest growing lift truck dealership in the area, bringing fresh ideas and methods to the material handling industry to sustain that growth.
TLM is this areas authorized Toyota and Taylor-Dunn dealership and also offers their customer's complete warehouse systems through American Warehouse Systems, a single source vendor for turnkey material handling systems.
